Ms. Claudette Ayanaba to present at first Chemistry Speaker Series of Fall semester

The GGC Chemistry Speaker Series will have their first talk for the Fall 2021 semester on October 21, Thursday, 2:00-3:15 pm on MS Teams.

This talk is on Electric Vehicle Batteries –Ā Benefits, Challenges, and Trends by Ms. Claudette Ayanaba. The speaker is a policy manager at Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance, Atlanta, GA, with expertise in smart informed energy-related decision making and energy efficiency advancement, previously serving as a rule and state plan writer with the State of Georgia, Environmental Protection Division. She has earned her BS in physics from Spelman College, another BS in mechanical engineeringĀ from Georgia Institute of Technology,Ā and MSĀ in environmental planning and management from Johns Hopkins University.
