I agree…mid-October will be here before we know it! I admittedly have not yet been able to devote the time needed to get the database prepared and begin analyses, but I plan to do so before that August 2nd meeting! I know that will just be the initial step and we likely will need to do more after that, but it’ll get things underway.

Great meeting; I wish I had been able to do more than just listen to the latter part of the discussion, which I think raised some important and complex issues! I look forward to seeing everyone on August 2nd!

Thanks, everyone, for all your input and encouragement! I’m going to submit the proposal now because I think it’s ready, and we want to get it submitted well before the deadline to increase its chances of acceptance! Fingers crossed!

I had on my syllabus for students to complete the MSLQ by April 30th, but I can give them more time if needed. I’m worried too long after classes end and into finals, they’ll forget to do it, and it’ll be hard to keep hounding them without knowing who did it!
