Bio | I am a broadly trained organismal biologist with expertise in aquatic ecology, and an avid bird watcher. I teach introductory biology, ecology, and limnology. My research interests include the ecology of freshwater lakes, ponds, and streams in human-dominated landscapes. My interest in field biology also extends to developing outdoor classroom activities with a goal of establishing a life-long interest in the natural world and its stewardship. PhD and MSc in Biology from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ. |
