| Bio | Dr. Ward received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Georgia State University. She then earned a PhD from Cornell University in Microbiology with concentrations in Genetics and Biochemistry. After a brief post-doctoral fellowship at Emory University, she has devoted herself to teaching. |
