I am committed to student education in STEM, reading and writing. My research on STEM education is focused on the impact of (1) course-embedded undergraduate research, and (2) individual mentoring in bench research investigating cellular and behavioral underpinnings of brain disorders including addiction and neurodegenerative diseases.
