The two best presentations will receive a travel award of up to $600 each to attend the ACS spring or fall meeting and a one-year ACS membership.

Poster preparation instructions: Each horizontal poster board measures 4 feet high x 6 feet wide (clips and trifolds will be provided).

The Herty Medalist Undergraduate Research Symposium (HMURS) was initiated in 2006 by the American Chemical Society Georgia Local Section to promote undergraduate chemical research in the Metro Atlanta Area. One of the main goals of the Herty Medal Undergraduate Research symposium is to leverage the impact of the Herty Award to undergraduates and diversity.
